I.DEA PR’S LONDON FASHION WEEK SS23
The highly anticipated JU-NNA x Fashion Scout and FJU Talents Shows this LFW Weekend was a magical way to start fashion week!
Showcasing a modern twist of Shibori through fashion, JU-NNA kickstarted our FW Weekend with a collection full of patterns, shapes and textures that presented their SS23 collection. In partnership with Fashion Scout, JU-NNA featured emerging talents within the industry, including their models and backstage team. The Spring/Summer 2023 collection by JU-NNA presents a landscape where structure and fluidity can co-exist. The interface between linear geometric shapes and the spontaneous nature of doodles is explored through brand-new prints and a focus on pastel hues. Experimentation runs through every seam with dissonant neoprene and silk juxtaposed fabrics to combine Tokyo street style’s bold yet casual originality with the femininity and luxury of a JU-NNA design.
Our favourite part about the construction of JU-NNA’s show was easily the energy backstage. The anticipation amongst the models and JU-NNA himself to wear and see the pieces on the catwalk was vibrantly contagious, so we were all on the edge of our seats. The show definitely lived up to the hype and it was a surreal experience for everyone.

Our second show FJU talents which was held on Sunday also didn’t fail to impress the LFW crowd!
FJU Talents is an annual platform showcasing emerging designers from Taiwan. The platform was launched in 2017 and is sponsored by the College of Fashion and Textiles of Fu Jen Catholic University (FJU). A leading fashion and textile design education institute based in Taiwan since 1970. FJU Talents supports and nurtures the institute's talented alumni in the global fashion scene. Four selected designers will be supported by FJU Talents each year to showcase their capsule collection at Fashion Scout during London Fashion Week. The finalists of FJU Talents 2022 were: Timmy Chou, Chao-Ruei Wu, Chia-Lin Hsu, Chi-An Yu

Chia-Lin HSU
Chi-An Yu
All of the designers had the crowd hooked on different fabric concepts, patterns and designs that best embodied their style as well as a unique outlook on fashion. Our favourite part about the construction of FJU talents was getting to have a sneak peek of what each designer is going to show backstage, as well as personally learning more about Taiwanese fashion and culture.
All in all, Fashion week was a ball, and we can’t wait for everyone to see what shows we are hosting next year.
