Happy Thursday and Happy L.O.M Day!!!

L.O.M was founded by Louise O’Mahony in 2015. The brand originally started as a colourful side project to her 1950s style wedding dress label, but soon became an internationally recognised festival clothing label.

She released the first drop in the summer 2021 including festival pieces, lycra and loungewear and the second drop in the fall 2021 with  hoodies, joggers and denim. Today is launch day for the final instalment of the Forest of Dreams. This final chapter brings a new light to festival wear. After two years of tumult with the pandemic life is finally picking up again and festival culture is about to peak again. To celebrate, the third instalment is an ode to stagewear. Including couturesque and costume-like pieces that will make you the star of festivals this summer!

In order to comply with the current situation the designer has decided to launch the collection digitally. Showcased in a  fashion film that draws parallels with our re-emergence from Covid, the concept is staged in a  gloomy industrial space dominated by a growing and thriving forest. Ranging from Voguing dancers, event producers, strippers and performers, the models are an inclusive collection of people that the designer met in the creative and club scenes in Berlin. 

In a few words this last chapter is filled with textures and prints inspired by the magic of oyster mushrooms found growing out of old trees on the outskirts of Berlin in these forests ‘of dreams’. Louise has curated this collection to offer you a playful take on fetish wear where partying can be comfortable. These fabulous clubbing outfits will WOW the crowd and take you on a trip through her world and the magic of fashion!
