The items sold on I.DEA PR are made in limited series! We usually stock one of each size per garment, which means that you probably won’t meet another person wearing an item just like yours! 

Due to such limited collections, it is very important to measure your size as accurately as possible and get your items in the right size, because it’s most likely that we won’t be able to provide another garment in a different size.

CONFIRMATIONS

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. 

PAYMENT

Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards and we accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. Also, there may be extra charges for international shipping and shipping costs are not included in the price. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, I.DEA PR may automatically cancel your order. 

ORDERING

Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of I.DEA PR suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. I.DEA PR holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel I.DEA PR to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time. All products remain in I.DEA PR property until full payment is made.

DELIVERY

This Shipping & Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of I.DEA PR. By purchasing our goods and/or using our services, you accept this Shipping & Return Policy. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully.

*Please note I.DEA PR also offers a Click & Collect delivery option from I.DEA PR’s office located at Office 107, Spaces, 307 Euston Road, London, NW1 3AD, where it is the responsibility of the customer to select a collection time.

If there is a delay in delivery the Buyer must inform I.DEA PR Customer Services. This may be done by e-mail to shop@ideapr.co.uk. I.DEA PR will send the information to the Delivery Company to trigger the start of an investigation. If the product is found during this investigation, it will immediately be redirected to the address of the Buyer (in most cases). If on the other hand the product is not found during the investigation, the Delivery Company will consider the parcel to be lost. If this is the case, I.DEA PR will send you a replacement product at its expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at this time, I.DEA PR will reimburse you for the cost of these products. I.DEA PR takes no responsibility for extension to delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in cases of loss of products or strikes. I.DEA PR cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

Once your order and payment are received, you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can "track and trace" your order anytime you like. Please notice that we are shipping from the UK and it is a responsibility of the international Customer to proceed with customs clearance procedure, incl. all applicable fees and charges, and be responsible for payment of all import custom duties, sales taxes and similar, if any. Please contact your local Custom Or Post service for any other additional costs for your package.

Any refunds to a Customer will not include any import taxes and duties paid by a Customer, customs clearance and related or similar charges. It is Customers’ responsibility to proceed in accordance with applicable laws of a country of an importation to get a refund or waiver for such taxes and charged.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights, all brand names, names of lines, designs, models of items that appear on the website or in the domain name, are the exclusive property of I.DEA PR and its clients. 

Any utilisation, reproduction, of the designs, models, brand names, and names of lines in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. You are permitted to use the Content of this website only if authorised by I.DEA PR. Any reproduction or redistribution of the I.DEA PR listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. Without limiting to forging, copying and use of the I.DEA PR listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction.

In addition to the intellectual property rights mentioned by I.DEA PR, Content is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this web site. Our purchase form identifies what information you must provide to us, in order for us to complete your purchase.

Legal ground for processing: The processing is necessary for our performance of the contract with you (i.e. Terms of Use).

Storage period: We will process your personal data during the term of our contract, we will thereafter erase your personal data.

Purpose of processing: When you sign up for news, invites and offers (direct marketing), we will process your personal data to provide the services as requested by you.
