Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be part of London Fashion Week and also like what we do?

We are looking for an experienced Catwalk & Showroom PR freelancer to join us across London Fashion Week, working with a mix of independent and emerging designers.

This role is ideal for someone confident working in a fast-paced fashion environment, with strong experience across guest list management and front-of-house for runway shows.

Responsibilities include:

·       Managing and building PR guest lists

·       Front-of-house management during catwalk shows

·       Guest check-in and seating plans

·       Liaising closely with the I.DEA PR team

·       Ad-hoc and admin tasks

·       Supporting LFW showroom set-up and dressing

·       Assisting with showroom appointments

·   Write and distribute press releases and lookbooks.

·   Monitor and report on media coverage

·       Supporting the team and catwalk shows

What we are looking for:

·       Experience in LFW catwalks and/or showrooms

·       A strong understanding of PR guest list and seating

·       Experience across both luxury and emerging designers

·       To be organised AND proactive

·       Full availability across the LFW period

Dates: 26th January – 28th February

Optional (let us know if available): Possibility of extending for the month of March
